If your 2x 43" 4k displays are HDMI.and the 4x 24" 1200p displays were DP. same rules apply regarding the maximum of 2 clock generators which pertain to HDMI/DVI all the same) Side note: If you're using DP to DVI or HDMI to DVI. You can get a hell of a lot of things done with modern graphics cards. I've setup several display arrangements, most of which have been for stock brokers or those of which have been more heavily invested in the stock markets or some variation of. This is why on other 5700xt or most any other cards with just 1 hdmi port, you can get away with plugging in only one additional display via a passive DP TO HDMI adapter, any more and it won't work. I will say though, that YOU CANNOT use DP ~> HDMI adapters in combination with utilizing the existing HDMI ports, unless they are self contained active adapters that'll accept a DP port and treat the adapter as a genuine DP input, otherwise if the DP port determines that it's having to send anything HDMI related, it'll require a clock generator and the cards are limited to just 2 at any given time. All 6 displays displayed at 4k 60hz problem free, and i could make a 5x eyefinity arrangement without a problem.
I know for a fact having had at one point 6x 4k displays hooked up to a Taichi 5700xt (which has 2x hdmi 2.0b and 4x 1.4 DP ports). this is via a single DP or the HDMI 2.1 port. 7680x4320 is the maximum singular display resolution (which is referred to as 8k).
